It is a Royal Enfield - an Indian motorcycle that started its manufacturing life as British.
Really very old school - but it has a cult following. Indians customize it and it is known as the budda bike in some parts because of the noise it makes ... bud bud bud.
Except for a few changes this bike is in effect a 1940s model that has just lived on and on.
